Great Banana Muffins
Great Banana Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. nonfat yogurt, 1/2 c. fruit sweet, 1/3 c. margarine, melted, 1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce and 1 c. mashed banana, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In large bowl blend yogurt, Fruit Sweet, margarine, applesauce and mashed banana.
Stir in flour and soda.
In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into batter.
Mix in rolled oats, cereal and raisins.
Spoon into 12 muffin cups which have been sprayed with nonstick coating.
Bake 20 minute at 350Β° or until firm.
Makes 12 muffins.
