Green Bean Stir-Fry
Crisp-tender green beans tossed in a quick Asian-style glaze of soy, garlic, brown sugar, and sesame. A weeknight side with takeout flair.

Steam green beans briefly just to soften a little.
Drain. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, sesame seeds, brown sugar and peanut butter.
While pan is still warm, add sauce and warm thoroughly.
Add green beans and toss to coat.
Yields 2 servings.
