Green Chili Dip
Green Chili Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. clean fresh cilantro leaves, 1 c. sliced scallions (including green tops), 4 fresh jalapeños, stemmed and halved, 1 tbsp. salt and 2 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a food processor, combine the cilantro, scallions, jalapeños and salt and process, stopping once to scrape down the sides of the work bowl, until smooth.
In a bowl, whisk the sour cream until smooth and shiny.
Stir in the purée and combine well. Taste; correct the seasoning and refrigerate, covered, until serving time.
