Green Chili Pie
Green Chili Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 can tomatoes, 1 can green chilies and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown meat and onion; drain off fat.
Add tomatoes and soup. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
Using 9 x 13-inch pan, layer the following ingredients: put refried beans down first; tortilla chips second; meat mixture third and follow through with cheese. Repeat procedures ending with cheese.
Bake 30 minutes in a 325Β° oven.
Cover with foil first 20 minutes to prevent cheese from burning.
