Green Chili Rice Casserole
Green Chili Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice, cooked with salt, 1/4 c. butter, 1 pt. sour cream, 1/8 c. milk and 1 lb. monterey jack cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix rice and sour cream.
Remove seeds and veins from chiles and chop (chile peppers in small can).
In casserole put a layer of rice mixture, then a layer of chiles and next a layer of cheese. Alternate layers, ending up with cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° approximately 30 minutes.
