Green Enchilada Casserole
Green Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 doz. corn tortillas, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 c. grated cheese, 1 c. milk and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Fry tortillas in hot fat until they bubble.
Place in casserole.
Alternate a tortilla with onions and cheese until all are used up.
Mix together milk, green chilies and soup.
Heat. Pour mixture over top and bake in a moderate 350Β° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
