Green Noodle Casserole
Green Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. onions, 1 c. green pepper, 1 c. celery, 8 oz. can mushrooms and 5 to 6 c. diced chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Saute pepper, celery and onion in oleo.
Add cheese (cut into small pieces), soup, mushrooms, pimento and chicken.
Cook noodles in broth where chicken was cooked.
Add noodles to mixture and pour into casserole dish.
Cook in 350Β° oven (covered) for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove cover and cook until brown, 5 minutes.
