Grilled Chicken Pizza
Grilled Chicken Pizza is an moderately easy grilled dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Made with pam no stick spray, (8-inch) flour tortillas, (10 oz.) can ro-tel tomatoes and chilies, (16 oz.) can refried beans and chicken breast, grilled and shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Spray both sides of each tortilla with Pam; place on baking sheet.
Broil each side until lightly toasted.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a medium bowl, combine refried beans and Ro-Tel tomatoes; spread 1/4 cup over 5 tortillas.
Top with 2 tablespoons chicken, 1/4 cup cheese and other tortillas.
Repeat layering, ending with cheese.
Bake in preheated oven 20 minutes. Top with lettuce, bell peppers and onion.
Makes 5 pizzas.
