Ground Beef-Noodle Casserole
Ground Beef-Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, 1 (5 oz.) pkg. large noodles, 2 small cans tomato sauce and oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Brown ground chuck with onions; season to taste with salt, pepper and celery salt and stir well.
Add tomato sauce and simmer while noodles cook in separate saucepan.
