Combine and mix well the sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin, salad oil and eggs.
Sift together and add flour, soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger.
Stir in water.
Add pecans and raisins.
Mix well and spoon into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
When done, turn out on a rack to cool.
Yields 1 loaf.
