Ham and Noodle Casserole
Ham And Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz package frozen noodles, 1 pound cooked ham diced, 8 oz can mushroom stems and pieces, 1 can mushroom soup and 1/2 pound shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook noodles in boiling water until done.
Melt butter in a medium sauce pan.
Add the four and stir until smooth.
Add milk and cook until thickened.
Combine this white sauce with mushroom soup.
Pour over noodles, ham and mushrooms.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into a 9 x 13 pan.
Top with shredded cheese and crushed chips. Cover with foil and bake in oven for 40 minutes at 325.
Take foil off and put back in oven for 5 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
