Hamburger Goulash
Hamburger Goulash is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 5 stalks celery, chopped, 1 chopped onion, 1 cubed green pepper and 10 to 12 sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Brown the hamburger in frying pan; drain off fat.
(Use a large electric frypan so you can add all the ingredients and continue cooking.)
Add rest of ingredients.
Cook on low and keep turning so it doesn't burn.
Taste and add more salt if needed. Cover and allow to cook very slowly, about 1/2 hour.
Top with grated cheese and cover, about 15 minutes.
Serve with Parmesan cheese and garlic bread.
