Hamburger Rice Chow Mein
Hamburger Rice Chow Mein is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 small onion, minced, 1/2 c. uncooked rice, 2 c. diced celery and 1 can chicken rice soup plus 2 cans water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
Brown meat and onion; drain.
Add remaining ingredients.
Put in casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
Remove from oven, add can of chow mein noodles and bake for another 30 minutes at 350°.
(This will seem like a lot of water, but as the rice cooks, it will thicken.)
