Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Combine yogurt and milk in medium mixing bowl.
Add yogurt and milk mixture to dry ingredients and mix just until ingredients are moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and bake in 375Β° oven for 15 minutes or until done.
