Hearty Beef "N" Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. 👨🍳 Instructions
Place potatoes in bottom of cake pan and bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
Press each with a fork so it covers bottom of pan. Sprinkle browned hamburg and broccoli in potatoes with 1/2 can onions.
Combine soup, milk, seasonings and cheese.
Pour over beef mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes.
Top with remaining onions and bake 2 to 3 minutes more.
