Hearty Fiesta Burgers
Hearty Fiesta Burgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. finely crushed saltine crackers (21 crackers), 2 eggs, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine cracker crumbs, eggs, onion, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Add ground beef & mix well.
Shape meat mixture into patties.
In large skillet, brown patties on both sides.
Pour soup over meat; top with beans & green peppers.
Cook, covered, over low heat for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over mixture; cover & cook 5 minutes longer.
Makes 6 servings.
