Hearty Fiesta Burgers
Hearty Fiesta Burgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. finely crushed saltine crackers (21 crackers), 2 eggs, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. catsup and 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine crumbs, eggs, onion, catsup, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Add ground chuck and mix well.
Shape meat mixture into 6 patties.
In large skillet, brown patties on both sides.
Spoon soup over meat; top with beans and green pepper. Cook, covered, over low heat for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over mixture; cover and cook 5 minutes more.
Serves 6 (at my house, less)!!
Add a fruit salad and dinner rolls for a delicious meal.
