Hidden Valley Ranch Pizzaettes
Hidden Valley Ranch Pizzaettes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked, crumbled sausage, drained (1 lb.), 1 pkg. wonton wrappers or egg roll wrappers, cut in fourths, 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1 1/2 c. grated monterey jack cheese and 1 c. prepared hidden valley original salad dressing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Blot sausage dry on paper towels. Combine with cheeses, salad dressing, olives and red peppers. Grease mini muffin pans.
Press in wonton or egg roll wrappers. Brush with oil.
Bake 5 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from pans.
Place on baking sheets.
Fill with cheese dressing sausage mix.
Bake 5 minutes until bubbly.
Makes 5 dozen.
