Homemade Ice Cream
Homemade Ice Cream is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with sweetened condensed milk, eggs, qt. half and half, pt. whipping cream and to 2 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Pour all ingredients into a large pan.
Mix well, at this point only add about 1/2 gallon milk.
After mixing is complete, place on stove and warm to insure everything is dissolved.
Once warmed, pour everything in ice cream freezer.
Add remaining milk to fill line on freezer.
Freeze in ice cream freezer until frozen; then pack freezer with ice for an hour to insure it is good and frozen.
