Homemade Ice Cream
Homemade Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 c. sugar, dash of salt, 1 pt. whipping cream and 1 pt. half and half cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat eggs and sugar together.
Add dash of salt.
Add half and half and cook in double boiler until mixture thickens.
Strain through sieve.
Let cool.
Add whipping cream, vanilla extract and enough milk to fill to line of 1 gallon freezer.
