Homemade Ice Cream
Homemade Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 gal. milk (homogenized), 1 can eagle brand milk, 2 cans evaporated milk, 3 c. fruit (optional) and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Using electric mixer on low, mix 1 quart milk, eggs and sugar, adding other ingredients and pour in a 1 1/2-gallon electric ice cream freezer. Fruit of your choice may be added before freezing. Peach is our favorite.
Makes 1 gallon.
