Homemade Ice Cream
Homemade Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 serving) box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding, 6 c. milk, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen lite whipped topping, fruit, pureed or chopped to equal 3 fruits (3 c. strawberries, 1 1/2 peaches, etc.) and artificial sweetener on fruit to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Make pudding by package directions with 3 cups of the milk. Add whipped topping and fruit; mix.
Pour into 4-quart ice cream freezer.
Add remainder of milk and stir.
Process by ice cream freezer directions.
Serves 12.
I made strawberry and it made 13 cups when frozen.
