Homemade Ice Cream
Homemade Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 6 c. milk, 1 can eagle brand milk and 2 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat eggs with a whisk or fork until blended.
Add sugar slowly and mix together.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour into ice cream container.
If necessary, add milk to finish filling container.
Freeze in ice cream freezer until ready to eat. If you have any left for the freezer, the ice cream will remain soft, if put in container with a cover.
