Homemade Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. milk, 3 egg yolks, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 4/5 c. sugar and 1 qt. cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook until it coats spoon.
Cool and add 1 package Knox gelatin, 1 quart cream and 1 quart milk.
Beat egg whites until stiff; add to mixture in can.
Add teaspoon vanilla.
Freeze in ice cream freezer.
