Homemade Ice Cream
Homemade Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk and fresh fruit, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat eggs several minutes.
Beat in sugar one cup at a time. Add vanilla and evaporated milk and pour in 4-quart freezer container.
Either add fresh milk to full line in freezer container or add sweetened fresh fruit, reducing sugar in ice cream mixture by 1/2 to 1 cup depending on taste desired.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
