Homemade Noodles
Homemade Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, beaten, 2 tbsp. milk, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. flour (approximately), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix egg, milk and salt.
Add enough flour to make stiff dough. Roll dough on a floured surface.
Dough should be thin.
Let dough rest for 20 minutes.
Starting on longest side, roll dough up loosely; cut into 1/4-inch wide strips.
Spread strips on waxed paper and let dry for 2 hours.
Drop into boiling meat stock.
Cook 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 3 cups.
