Homemade Oreo Ice Cream
Homemade Oreo Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 3 egg yolks, 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, 4 tsp. vanilla, oreo sandwich cookies and 2 c. whipping cream*, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Coarsely crush Oreo cookies to equal one cup.
In a large bowl, beat egg yolks, stir in condensed milk and vanilla.
Fold in cookies and whipping cream.
Pour into an aluminum foil lined 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or other 2 quart container.
Cover, freeze 6 hours or until firm.
Scoop ice cream from pan or peel off foil and slice.
Store in freezer.
