Homemade Peach Ice Cream
Homemade Peach Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, beaten, 2 c. sugar, 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, 2 c. half and half and 2 c. chopped peaches, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine eggs and sugar in bowl; mix well.
Stir in evaporated milk, half and half, peaches, vanilla and salt.
Pour into 1 gallon ice cream freezer container.
Add milk to fill line. Freeze using manufacturer's instructions.
