Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix, 2 c. sugar, 2 cans evaporated skim milk (approximately 3 c.), 3 c. 1% or skim or whole milk and 2 c. fresh strawberries, mashed (about 2 pt.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl; add remaining ingredients, stirring to mix.
Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1 gallon freezer.
