Honey Banana Muffins
Honey Banana Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. sugar and 2/3 c. chopped almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and 2/3 cup almonds in a large bowl.
Make a well in center of mixture.
Combine egg, banana, milk and oil. Add to dry mixture, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon batter into greased and floured muffin pans, filling 3/4 full.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes.
Remove from pans immediately.
Combine honey and butter, mixing well. Dip top of muffin in honey mixture and sprinkle with almonds.
Yields 14 muffins.
