Honey Bun Cake

Mix first four ingredients well and pour half of mixture into 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon and pour over cake mixture.
Spread remaining mixture over this.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Punch holes in cake. Mix powdered sugar, vanilla and milk.
Pour over cake while hot.
