Mix together first 4 ingredients.
Spread 1/2 mixture in 9 x 13 pan.
Mix next 3 ingredients and spread over batter in pan.
Then add other 1/2 batter over this.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Used powdered sugar glaze if desired.
