Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and sour cream or buttermilk well.
Spoon half of batter in well greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Add the brown sugar and cinnamon to remaining batter and mix.
Spoon over batter in baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
