Honey Curry Chicken
Honey Curry Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1/4 c. dijon mustard, 1/2 c. honey, 1/2 tsp. curry powder and 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Dip each piece of chicken in sauce. Place chicken, skin side down (you can also use skinless chicken), in 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish (sprayed with Pam).
Bake, uncovered, in 350Β° oven for about 1 hour.
Baste during cooking. Pour remaining sauce over chicken prior to baking.
