Honey-Nut Muffins
Honey-Nut Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 3/4 c. milk, 1/2 c. chopped nuts, 1/3 c. vegetable oil and 1/4 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease bottoms only of about 12 medium muffin cups.
Beat egg. Stir in milk, nuts, oil and honey.
Stir in remaining ingredients all at once just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full. Sprinkle with sugar, if desired. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Remove immediately from pan.
Yields 1 dozen.
