Hot Beef Sandwiches
Hot Beef Sandwiches is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 lb. chuck roast, 2 c. water, 2 beef bouillon cubes, 1 envelope dry onion soup mix and 1 envelope dry beefy mushroom soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put roast, water, bouillon cubes and onion soup mix in crock-pot and cook on high for 4 hours.
After 4 hours, take out meat and shred it, removing fat pieces.
Put back into crock-pot and add beefy mushroom soup.
Cook for another hour and serve. Freezes well.
