Hot Chicken Sandwiches
Hot Chicken Sandwiches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 slices bread, butter, 1 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and seasoned, 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped and 1/4 c. ripe olives, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Butter both sides of bread and cut off crusts.
Place 8 slices of bread in the pan, forming a crust. Combine chicken, eggs, olives, mushrooms and mayonnaise together. Spoon over bread.
Top with remaining bread.
Mix soup and sour cream together.
Pour over bread.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
