Hot Dog Casserole
Hot Dog Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. eckrich hot dogs, 1/4 c. minced onion, ketchup, 1/2 c. shredded cheese and 2 c. cooked mashed potatoes (fresh are best), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place hot dogs in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Slit each one lengthwise.
Put slice of cheese in slit.
Pile mashed potatoes over hot dogs, covering well.
Sprinkle onion over mashed potatoes.
Pour ketchup over onions, using enough so that each hot dog has about 2 teaspoons on it.
Cover with shredded cheese. Bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and hot dogs are browned.
