Hot Dog Chili is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. hamburger, 1 qt. cold water, 1/2 c. chili powder, 1 c. catsup and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
