Hot Dog Creole
Hot Dog Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 frankfurters, 1 (12 oz.) can kernel corn with peppers, 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1/2 to 1 tsp. chili powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cut frankfurters into 1/2-inch pieces.
Cook and stir frankfurters in large skillet over medium heat until brown.
Stir in corn (with liquid), tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and onion. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Cook macaroni as directed on package; add frankfurter sauce over macaroni and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
