Hot Dog Sauce
Hot Dog Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 onion, 1 green pepper, 1 tbsp. chili powder and 1 pkg. durkee chili mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown ground beef, onion and pepper.
Add salt, pepper, chili mix, 1/2 mustard and 1/2 ketchup while browning meat.
Drain good.
Put remaining chili powder, mustard and ketchup and simmer. Add the tomato juice and simmer about 45 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
