Hot Fudge Pudding Cake
Hot Fudge Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
Stir in milk, peanut butter, oil and vanilla until smooth.
Spread mixture into square 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Stir together in small bowl brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa.
Sprinkle this mixture over batter in pan.
Pour hot water over the top of brown sugar, cocoa mixture but do not stir. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
To serve, spoon each serving upside down into dessert dishes.
Spoon sauce over top.
Best served warm.
