Hot Fudge Sauce Ice Cream Topping is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. margarine or butter and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Heat evaporated milk, chips and sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted and mixture boils. Remove from heat.
Stir in margarine and vanilla.
Pour into jars. Cover tightly.
Refrigerate no longer than 4 weeks.
Serve warm over ice cream.
Makes 3 cups sauce.
