Hot Turkey Sandwiches
Hot Turkey Sandwiches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 to 12 lb.) turkey, 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained, 2 cans cream of celery soup, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 2 lb. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix together.
Pour over turkey.
Cover.
Bake in 325Β° oven until done, about 3 to 3 1/2 hours, basting every 1/2 hour.
Take turkey out of gravy mixture, debone and put meat back in gravy. Heat and serve in buns.
(I half the recipe and use a turkey breast.)
