Ice Cream Cake
Ice Cream Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. oreo cookies, crushed, 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, hershey's syrup, 1 (12 oz.) cool whip and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix margarine with crushed cookies.
Put half of the mixture in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Spread 1/2 gallon ice cream (softened) on top of cookies.
Drizzle syrup over ice cream.
Spread Cool Whip over syrup.
Sprinkle remaining cookies over Cool Whip. Freeze overnight.
