Ice Cream Cake 2 is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 oreos, crushed, 1 stick butter, divided, 1/2 gal. ice cream, softened (our favorites are peppermint stick, mint chocolate chip, coffee), 1 large can evaporated milk and 1 c. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix Oreos with 1/2 stick melted butter.
Put in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Add ice cream.
Freeze.
