Ice Cream Dessert
Ice Cream Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 60 ritz crackers, crushed, 1/2 c. margarine, melted, 2 pkg. instant coconut pudding, 1 1/2 c. milk and 1 qt. butter brickle ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Stir softened ice cream into pudding which has been mixed with the milk.
Put on the crust made from the crackers and margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put 9 ounces Cool Whip on top.
Store in refrigerator.
