Ice Cream Dessert
Ice Cream Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. ritz crackers, crushed, 1 1/2 blocks butter, 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened, 2 pkg. chocolate instant pudding and 1 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter and add to crushed Ritz crackers.
Pat into a 9 x 13 1/2-inch pan and freeze.
Beat softened ice cream, pudding and water until smooth.
Add ice cream mixture to crust and freeze. Add whipping cream (or Cool Whip) for topping.
