Ice Cream Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. rice chex, crushed, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. coconut, 1 stick margarine, melted and 2 qt. vanilla ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix first 4 ingredients. Put 2/3 on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Slice and smooth ice cream on top of mix. (Ice cream should be softened.) Add remaining 1/3 of mix on top.
Freeze.
