Ice Cream Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened, 1 large box instant jell-o pudding (any flavor), 60 ritz crackers, finely crushed, 1 stick melted butter and cool whip (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine the finely crushed crackers and the melted butter. Mix well and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine the ice cream and instant pudding; mix well and spread over crust.
Can be kept overnight in the refrigerator.
When ready to serve, use Cool Whip.
